Richards knowledge also extends to remote property support, having designed and implemented the technical side of a national support center.

Toby has been involved in the security systems trade since the early 90’s, having worked his way from being an installation engineer, through to a service engineer then finally a commissioning engineer, working on all aspects of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarms and Security Systems. He then made the move into supervisor and then operations roles over the last 20 years, having worked for larger companies such as ADT, Norland Managed Services and Lorne Stewart. These works included sectors such as Banking & Financial, Leisure and Local authorities.

Caroline worked her way up through a private family owned local packaging company, in which she was a shareholder for many years. Caroline has covered most areas of the business structure, from manufacturing and shop floor activities, through to administration, accounts, eventually becoming the business development manager. Sourcing and experience includes new business development, finance, surveying and marketing.

Mel has been involved in co-ordination and administration for some years, having previously been involved in the Telecare and construction repairs sectors. Her current role includes the organisation of service and breakdown support, as well as engaging with the relevant Police and Authorities to ensure alarm signalling and processing is actioned appropriately.
