Smart have an experienced Chartered Security Professional with strong organisational and interpersonal skills, able to communicate at all levels while exercising tact and diplomacy.
Qualified to master's degree level with experience of bringing about significant change in a public sector environment, he is a Fellow of The Security Institute (FSyI) and Certified Protection Professional (CPP).
