We provide 24 hour monitoring for your home. There are various monitoring systems that we utilise, depending on the risk assessment of a customers premises.
Upon activating, your system will activate the external SMART sounder and strobe, and if connected, either email and text you through the SMART App, or notify our monitoring centre.
Digital Communicator: Single Path Communication
This single path communication link can use either an existing standard analogue line, or an exclusive dedicated outgoing line for greater security. The intruder alarm monitors the presence of the line in place, however should the line be removed, then a local alarm will activate.
Dualcom G4 : Dual Path Communication
The DualCom GradeShift® range uses any available UK GPRS/GSM network and a telephone and/or IP path to signal an alarm into any Alarm Receiving Centre. Utilising multiple paths means there is a back-up path in the event of an accidental or deliberate fault on any path.
We eliminate call costs and are the ideal solution where there is no telephone line available. DualCom GradeShift® UDL allows remote contact to an installed alarm control panel reducing the need for engineer visits. Contact ID and SIA provide ARCs with detailed information from the protected premises. This is our recommended dual path alarm transmission system.
This is a ground breaking wireless digital communicator embracing the long-standing concept of a digi and combining it with the multi-network WorldSIM as standard.
The benefit is that it utilises wireless transmission and therefore removes the need for a landline or attempted line cut.
BT Redcare offers the same features as Digital Communicator, but with the additional security feature of a line fault warning at the ARC.
